"There is absolutely zero reason General Assignment people cannot get a story to the web quickly. Granted, with the web, you have to take time to compress video and email it or FTP it, but for 1:00 of edited video, your compression should only be 5-10MB and can email on a slow broadband card in 5 or 10 minutes.
