Interesting tool for archiving websites that you cite. I use Zotero snapshots to preserve local copies of webpages that I'm citing, but I'm intrigued by the idea of a public preservation site. FAQ says that "in 2008 they plan to offer premium membership accounts" for institutions and copyright owners. but that dosn't seem to have happened.

Article is definitely interesting. Also interesting is the instruction at bottom on how to cite the article using either APA or MLA. Wish more pubs did this.
